The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is seeking Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) services for three (3) projects under one (1) CMaR: Boscobel V, VI, Off-Site, and Parking Structure. Pending MDHA’s funding sources for these projects we hope to utilize one AIA A133 Agreement with three (or more) separate Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments. However, funding may dictate that we must execute three (or more) separate agreements with the same Construction Manager (CM) selected for award under this RFP. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
