To participate in the virtual site visit, send an email to the Government points of contacts for this solicitation no later than Tuesday, November 9, 2021 2:00 P.M. MST. Include the following information: Email title: “GRCA-250176, 140P2022R0004, Request for Virtual Preproposal Conference Participation”. The email shall contain: The Name of the Participant, Company Name, Trade (ex. General Contractor, MEP, Roofer) and the email address the invitation is to be sent to. The Government will host the virtual preproposal conference using Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams may be downloaded to a desktop computer or smartphone at no cost prior to the conference. At the date and time set for the conference, participants will select the “join” tab in the invitation, enter their name when prompted, and will join as a participant to the conference.

Rim as defined as Package A Contractor Support Facilities. Period of Performance: 01/03/2022 to 01/02/2023
