It is the intent of Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) to procure custodial maintenance services to clean three (3) locations totaling approximately 95,170 square feet (sf.) of office space. Frequency of cleaning all locations will be per enclosed specifications, Monday through Friday. Daily work shall commence at 5:30 PM and be complete by 9:30 PM. Work schedules will not be varied without the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor’s authorization and must give notification a minimum of 2 weeks prior to any weekend work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
