The City of Suisun City is requesting proposals to provide construction services for the Highway 12 Storm Drain Pipe Lining and CCTV Inspection Project.The storm drain pipe to be lined crosses under Highway 12 between Marina Boulevard and Village Drive. See attached Location Map (Attachment A). The project pipeline runs side by side with and is in between two other storm drain pipelines as shown in the attached Laurel Creek Subdivision Unit 1 record drawing (Attachment B), in particular Sheet 7. On the upstream end, the pipelines start at storm drain pumps dedicated to each pipeline, and outfall into a storm drain channel within the Suisun Marsh. Said storm drain channel is tidally influenced. Attached for reference are photos of storm drain pump site (Attachment C) and of outfall (Attachment D) during low tide. The tides will impact the construction schedule. Q&A due by 05/28/20 at Noon. Prevailing wages.Bonds required.
