Please note, all interested parties planning to attend the walk-through, must e-mail or send a fax stating their company’s intent to attend. Contractors must respond no later than 24 hours prior to the project pre-bid meeting with the intent to attend confirmation. If a contractor fails to notify the District of their intention to participate in the walk-through, a Bid package will not be prepared for them

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, cleaning equipment, transportation, and other items of work and costs necessary to complete the specified janitorial work throughout the Central Lincoln district. Contractor must also have the capability to perform disinfectant fogging in response to pandemic exposure. Central Lincoln has facilities located in Newport (Headquarters and Northern Operations Center), Florence and Reedsport. The qualified company and employees must be licensed, bonded and insured.
