This project has been funded by NOAA Federal funding to construct a 20x45 pole barn building to house paddle craft. These dimensions were specifically chosen to allow for a 40 foot canoe/trailer to fit and be maneuvered in the building. Currently we have a large Indian canoe and gear that is housed outside and in current maintenance building taking up valuable space. Once the new pole barn is constructed the paddle crafts and associated equipment will be stored in the new building to protect them from the elements.
