The intended result of this process is the negotiation and execution of the Purchase, Restoration and Repurposing Contract (“Contract”) for the Kleberg Bank Building (“Building”) located at 4211 Ayers Street in Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. The Building includes the existing Kleberg Bank Building and the attached motor bank facility together with the land on which the facilities are located immediately east of the new transfer station (“Transfer Station”) being constructed by the CCRTA. The real estate interests to be conveyed with the Building shall include driveway access to S. Port Avenue and Ayers Street and pedestrian access to the Transfer Station. Bonds required.
