Metro seeking proposals for response in the event of property damage arising from events such as fire, flood, earthquake, or upon discovery of mold. The term of the contract is anticipated to be February 2022 through February 2027. Mitigate the resulting damage and restore the facility*. Response and recovery services will extend to structures, equipment, personal property, archives, artifacts, artwork and records as described below. All services require a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week contact and response capability.
