Each response shall contain detailed information as to how the company will install, own, operate, and maintain thereon, an approximately 20 acre solar photovoltaic energy system. Proposals will be evaluated on financial and environmental benefits to the City; financial capabilities; decommissioning plan; developer experience and project team; and preliminary system design. The City is interested in a community solar energy system at the site that will benefit the City and the environment. The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to lease the Site for purposes of siting a solar energy system that will provide a revenue stream to the City in the form of lease payments, and provide other financial and environmental benefits to community.
