This is a Small Works Roster Contract. The City of Vancouver is seeking bids from qualified Locksmith Service Contractors. Contractors to provide Locksmith/Door services, repair or replace doors and hardware in City owned buildings. Contractor shall provide onsite locksmith services on an as needed basis when requested by the City of Vancouver and Facilities Maintenance staff. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. The period of this Bid and its prices shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the effective date of the contract. Questions Due Date: Oct 13th 2022, 3:00 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
