As extension of staff consultant shall provide the full range of construction administration services which shall include: quality control plan review, coordination of plan check through Building Department, public bidding, site observation, coordination of subconsultant building inspection services, construction contractor payment review. The randomizing of the list occurs at the beginning of the calendar year and the list order will change as firms either accept or pass interview opportunities.
