The purpose of this scope of work is to provide the District with the necessary to make the permanent repairs for access to the reservoir and enable communication and power to the reservoir, the following improvements are required: Specifically, repairs will include: (1) Replacing the existing electrical conduit that is within the existing access road from Dale Court to the Rice Canyon Reservoir potable water tank using open trench methods; a. Rockwell Construction Services completed a preliminary DRAFT Design Package for the new conduit and wiring that the Consultant shall utilize as a starting point. The preliminary (draft) design is included in Attachment B. (2) Expanding 3 existing concrete Arizona crossings, allowing for permanent access to the Rice Canyon Reservoir and protection of the existing 16-inch water main and the new electrical conduit for vehicles accessing the reservoir. Initial term is 11/2021 through 11/2023.
