The Poway Housing Authority is issuing this RFQ seeking proposals for a future housing site located on Monte Vista Road in the City of Poway. The Authority wishes to select a development team to design, finance and build an affordable rental housing development on the 2.06-acre site. The Site is identified in the Regional Housing Needs Assessment that is part of the Housing Element of the Poway General Plan. The Site is identified as accommodating 41 low-income units and the Authority requires that at least that number be developed.
