New Construction: The city is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the construction of a new Golf Course Clubhouse and renovation of the current clubhouse to an event space located at Jersey Meadow Golf Course, 8502 Rio Grande St, Jersey Village, TX 77064. The CM firm manages the construction project for the City of Jersey Village, as an open book project. All cost savings are returned to the City. The Construction Phase for the Project shall commence on the later of the following two required conditions: (1) the full completion and execution of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment for the Project and (2) issuance of a Notice to Proceed on the Project. If the Owner and Construction Manager agree the Construction Phase may commence before the Preconstruction Phase is completed, in which case both phases will proceed concurrently. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 18th by 5:00 PM.
