The city is seeking qualified respondent interested and qualified to provide design/build services for a turnkey solution for the East GA Hangar #3 and #4 Fire Suppression system, this system was severely damaged by freezing temperatures in February 2021. The respondent shall provide all the necessary design, material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and comply with the with NFPA 409, Standard on Aircraft Hangars, and subsequent referenced standards per IFC 2015, Section 914.8.3 to successfully complete the installation of a fully Automatic Fire Suppression Closed Head - Foam-Water Sprinkler Systems to the satisfaction of the Owner. The term of this contract will be for six (6) months. (120) days.
