Performance under Contract #2 will also require that the Consultant identify subcontractors to perform services that are beyond the expertise of the prime consultant. This includes but is not limited to the ongoing labor and material contracts necessary to maintain, repair, and operate the City’s drainage and transportation infrastructure. in addition to any engineering or technical expertise. The SOQ must discuss the methods to be used to procure subcontracted services. It is important to note that many of these services will require the Contractor to possess a current valid Class “A” General Engineering Contractor’s or other Specialty Contractors Licenses issued by the State of California to perform the required work.
