The City of Denton, Texas solicits qualifications for a Design-Build Firm to provide, without limitation, design, engineering, material, labor, equipment, supervision, and other services for one or more phases of its Development Services Building Renovation project. The City will be using a two-step selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter G, to select a single entity to provide both design and construction services for the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, or repair of a facility, using a Design-Build contract.
