The City of Durham Community Development Department is soliciting quotes from qualified landscaping contractors or firms for the ongoing routine maintenance and grass cutting of multiple City owned properties for a term of one year. Landscaping services will include general maintenance to the properties, which includes mowing, trimming, edging, litter and debris removal. Landscaping contractors or firms are required to provide all equipment necessary to complete the services listed above. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
