Local hire policy. Work is at various locations in San Francisco, California and will consists of curb ramp construction, sewer replacement, landscaping, traffic routing, and all associated work. Contractors who can demonstrate experience, expertise and quality of work may be awarded a master agreement for a term of up to two years and not to exceed amount of up to $1,000,000. The Contract Term may be extended up to a total of 5 years to complete the work of issued CSOs, but no new CSOs will be issued after the first 4 years. When work is available, at least three contractors awarded a master agreement will be invited to submit a competitive quotation for the work.
