Elk Grove Unified School Dist is seeking a general contractor to perform L/LB pre-construction, constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling cost estimating budgeting & construction services rfor this project. The project includes construction of new structures, demolition of existing structures, interior & exterior improvements of existing structures, infrastructure upgrades, path of travel improvements, and landscape improvements. Work should start the summer of 2021 and end approx. in the fall of 2022
