Once adopted, the Depot District Neighborhood Plan will provide direction and guidance to the City of Reidsville for future redevelopment and improvements in the Depot District. This plan will provide evaluations of the existing conditions found within the area and specific goals and action items to assess the potential for significant mixed-use redevelopment opportunities. In addition, this plan will address the neighborhood’s economic development needs and will suggest actions for expanding local services and jobs. The Plan will be developed through an inclusive process of local input. Area residents and property owners will be thoughtfully and significantly engaged throughout the planning process so that there is a sense of ownership for Plan development and implementation.
