The City of Winston-Salem has determined it necessary to rehabilitate the existing IQ North District Stormwater Management Facility. The scope of the project will include limited geotechnical investigations to determine the stability of soils and gain information of subsurface conditions, erosion control plans, construction/maintenance access and drainage design, acquiring necessary environmental and regulatory permits, necessary utility conflict plans, and preparation of construction specifications and cost estimates. The selected firm must have a good working knowledge of municipal stormwater management and a project history addressing the construction and rehabilitation of stormwater control mechanisms addressing both water quantity and quality mitigation. The selected firm will also likely provide construction administration on this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
