The work is performed on an “if-and-as-needed” basis. Work to be done under this contract consists of tree planting, watering and tree establishment maintenance work and will be issued on an as-needed basis for work at various locations in San Francisco. The Work may include, but not limited to, preparation and construction of sidewalk tree basins, procurement and selection of plant stock, installation of trees in the public right of way, finishing tree basins with soil and amendments, tree staking and guying, installation of tree protection, and periodic watering and weeding throughout the tree establishment period.
