The Town of Holly Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report on Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility upgrades, based on the recently completed Utley Creek Master Plan, while also exploring viable alternatives to accommodate future wastewater needs. The Town of Holly Springs intends to hire a NC Licensed Professional Engineer to provide: (1) A Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), and (2) An Alternatives Analysis (AA) to assist the Town on determining the most cost-effective and strategic path for the treatment of projected wastewater flows. Following completion of the PER and AA, the chosen candidate will provide: (3) 100% design, and (4) Construction Administration services for the upgrade project. The Town reserves the right to terminate work with chosen candidate after the completion of tasks (1), (2), (3) or (4). Questions due via email to contact above before 7/5/2022.
