Texas Woman’s University is seeking Construction Manager at Risk services for a new Health Science Center located on the Denton campus. Texas Woman’s University (TWU) has experienced rapid growth in enrollment and the College of Health Sciences (CHS) on the Denton campus will facilitate enrollment growth in programs that will help address high workforce need in healthcare and provide clinical services to the North Texas region with a focus on rural areas. The total project budget is $100 million and will include approximately 175,000 gross square feet in the new Health Science Center. The estimated completion date of this project is expected to be complete Spring 2025. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
