Provide professional construction management services as required for the replacement of the Department of Motor Vehicles Field Office, located at 1377 Fell Street, San Francisco, CA. Project is demolition of the existing facility and construction a new approximate 19,700 (GSF) field office on the existing site of approximately 2.45 acres. The project shall be designed to LEED-NC Silver and will target Zero Net Energy (ZNE). Term is 5 years. The successful firm shall provide professional construction management (CM) services and additional services as required for the above referenced project. The services may include, but not be limited to, construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, claims review and negotiation, and general management and administration of a construction project. The firm selected for this work and all sub-consultants are precluded from participating in any of the design build or construction or other competitively bid contract work on this project.
