The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking to qualify highly skilled Prime Contractors to perform, or cause to be performed, the elevation of structures located in floodplains across North Carolina. This work is to be completed through the NCEM Hazard Mitigation program and includes, but is not limited to, design, surveying, lifting, construction and/or demolition of eligible structures. Projects may include Federal Funding.
