The proposed project scope consists of, but is not limited to the following: The proposed work includes construction of approximately 20,420 linear feet of 42-inch Water Main along Rimer Pond Road from the existing City of Columbia Water Tank Site along Rimer Pond Road to the intersection of Rimer Pond Road and Hardscrabble Road. The work also includes construction of approximately 8,650 linear feet of 24-inch Water Main along Hardscrabble Road from the intersection of Rimer Pond Road and Hardscrabble Road to Lake Carolina. This solicitation has been specific as a CDBE (Columbia Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) project. The highly recommended CDBE participation for this solicitation is listed as 5%. This participation must be reflected on the Business Information Record (CDBE)Licenses, Bonds ,and wages Apply.
