There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held at 600 E. First Street Sanford, FL 32771 on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 10:00AM Local Time. Please note after the site meeting questions to discuss the project will be held at City of Sanford (City Hall) 300 N. Park Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771 Commission Chambers. This bid is for various repairs needed along the Sanford Riverwalk on an annual as needed basis. See attached drawings for reference. City staff will produce a map and list of damaged panels, seawall caps and trim pieces needing repair. Remove and repair veneer precast panels from pilasters. Dig below surface to access veneer panels. Use chipping hammer to cleanout below surface. Clean up wall to be able to install new precast panels as stated below. There may be some instances where re-grouting and re-caulking are needed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
