Long Cove, a residential lakefront resort community in Henderson County, on the shores of Cedar Creek Lake, is experiencing high volumes of homes sales in 2020. The project scope of work is to build several new residential streets on the south and east side of Henderson Bay, to provide access to new waterfront lots. The work will require grading, compaction, sub-base using 12" TXDOT flex base, drainage improvements, and paving (H.M.A.C.). Project will utilize TXDOT specifications for road construction. Scope of work also includes the extension of two existing roads. Several optional bid items include an asphalt overlay of the existing main entry road, Long Cove Lane, for nearly one mile. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. TEC Form 1295 required.
