The Town of Plymouth seeks bids for the furnishing, application and compaction of a latex modified emulsified asphalt binder and a crushed stone cover; furnishing and installing temporary working signs, and the sweeping of the roads before and after application. Only prospective bidders pre-qualified for Pavement Surfacing by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Transportation are eligible to submit a bid. The agreement shall be for the period of contract execution through December 31, 2022. At the sole discretion of the Town, and subject to appropriation of funds, this agreement may be extended for the period January 1, 2023, though December 31, 2023, and January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The project value is estimated to be $375,000 per year, with a total of $1,125,000 over the possible 3-year term.
