The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for the removal and installation of drainage structures and associated asphalt patching and driveway paving per specifications for the Robbert Park Drainage Improvements project. The successful Bidder understands the limited contract time in the contract is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days + calculated rain days per attached specifications, and shall submit any request for an extension of time in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions.
