The intent of this RFP is to bid the services of roof maintenance. Over the past several years we have set-up a three-year rotation cycle so that at the end all roofs have been cleaned and minor repairs completed. Thus, reducing the calls for emergencies and leaks. During the contract period, which is one-year, the successful firm will be our on-call service provider for all leak service calls. Questions due February 10, 2023 at noon..
