The County of Bergen, NJ wishes to establish a twelve (12) month contract with two (2) individual twelve (12) month contract renewal options for the provision of Roof Repair, Replacement and Maintenance for the Department of Public Works, the Department of Parks and Recreation plus the respective NJ Cooperative Purchasing Alliance Members. The term of the initial twelve (12) month contract shall commence on or about December 6, 2022 and terminate as of December 5, 2023. The decision to award the renewal option periods shall be at the sole discretion of the County of Bergen. Deadline for questions is October 3, 2022 by 12:00pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
