Perform pre-construction meeting to discuss project set up, staging area for equipment and material loading, appropriate works hours, safety and production schedule and projections. Provide all permitting, safety and inspections needed to safely perform the following scope of work. Remove all existing perimeter edge, wall and metal flashings and dispose of them properly. Remove existing roofing system down to the existing concrete deck. Remove all debris from the property. Supply and install 60-mil Fleece-Back TOP to the clean and prepped roof per local, state and manufacturers code and specifications.
