Roof Repairs on City owned building occupied by Lake County Fire Protection District. The City intends to award a contract for work roofing repairs on 6805 Airport Road. This is a one-story building with a flat roof and old tar/gravel on the roof. Wood is bad on the eaves and fascia boards. Work will include tear off old materials and reroof with white or gray T.P.O. membrane and fan board system. Installation of new underlayment, ice and water shield or fanfold system. Install terminal bar/clad metal. Install 1-piece three-inch jack. Install vents as needed. Bid will include wood repair on eaves for the left and right side only.
