The project consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of a roof-mounted photovoltaic system on an existing Library with an estimated yearly generation of approximately 228,800 kWh. The Work shall include all work as specified for a complete operating system that will be owned by the Township of Pemberton. This Project is not a Power Purchase Agreement. The Township of Pemberton will endeavor to issue a Notice to Proceed within thirty-days after award of Contract with actual construction starting no earlier than 12 December 2022. The Project shall be substantially complete by no later than 03 May 2023. Deadline for questions is October 6, 2022 by 1:00pm. Bonds required.
