The scope of work includes: Demolition and removal of all existing ceiling grid, tiles, light fixtures, and HVAC diffusers. Installation of new 2’x2’ ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, LED lighting fixtures, and HVAC supply and return vents. See Specifications and Drawings for Details (included in Bid package). The College may issue Addenda or Clarifications which may include additions to or deletions from the scope of work; changes to the Specifications, Drawings, and proposal form; and clarifications of requirements. Bidder is advised to review all Addenda and/or clarifications carefully, and shall note the receipt of same with their bid package. Deadline for questions is October 11, 2022 by 4:00pm. Prevailing wages.
