The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to develop and operate two sided digital billboard(s). Proposals may include up to four digital billboards with a maximum of two located along Interstate 80 and two along Highway 65. Digital billboards must be located on city-owned sites/land which is defined to mean a fee interest in land, as well as easement or leasehold interests. In addition, the digital billboards must be constructed within two years of commencement of services. The digital billboards must conform to the specifications described in this RFP. The selected proposer will be solely responsible for all costs arising from the planning, permitting, installing, operating, and maintaining the digital billboards. Prevailing wages. Bond required.
