The intent of the project is to replace the existing structurally deficient bridge and increase the underclearance over the railroad. The project will enhance the safety of the motoring public by addressing many of the substandard design elements and balance the project goals while minimizing right-of-way impacts, utility relocations and environmental impacts. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
