The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Rehabilitation of Trickling Filter No. 2 a. Demolition and replacement of mechanical mechanism and equipment. b. Removal and disposal of existing PVC filter media, and replacement with new PVC filter media. c. Remove existing redwood support beams and replace with new redwood support beams. d. Demolition and replacement of FRP panels. e. Coating of trickling filter steel framing and exterior concrete. 2. Rehabilitation of Secondary Clarifiers (3 total) a. Demolition and replacement of mechanical mechanism, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment. b. Tie-in of instrumentation. c. Structural improvements of secondary clarifiers. d. Coating of concrete above the water surface elevation and exterior of clarifier. The deadline for submitting questions is June 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., Questions must be submitted through the online bidding system used by the City. Substantial completion in 470 calendar days after NTP. Final completion in 500 calendar days after NTP. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
