The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform construction services on the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Ruth B. Swann Stream Restoration project. The primary intent of the NPDES: Ruth B. Swann Memorial Park Tributary Channel stream restoration project is to provide functional uplift to an impaired stream, stabilize eroding stream side slopes, repair a failing culvert crossing and to attain equivalent impervious surface credits and TMDL reduction credits. Q&A due by 8am, 7/29/21. MBE goal 25%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
