The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking bids from qualified, experienced and licensed Contractors to perform the Sabal Pines Park Wood Boardwalk Replacement project. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). The project consists of demolishing the wood decking and railing of an existing boardwalk adjacent to water and replacing the same with a pre-cast concrete deck and new railings utilizing existing pilings at Sabal Pines Park. The scope is indicated on the plans and is specified in applicable parts of these Contract Documents. Bidders shall rely on the plans, contract documents, and addenda in preparing their bidBid Bond 5%.
