Trades: C33 - Painting & Decorating Contractor: Interior Wallpaper & Wall Coverings; Wall protection, fireproof & waterproof
Complete preparation and repainting of the Business General Studies exterior and interior hallways. A. The Painting Contractor shall provide all paints, labor, tools, transportation and supplies to perform a complete repaint of all exterior building and interior hallways of the / BGS Building. B. The Painting Contractor shall cooperate with the District and the Building Users of the BGS Building in every way, which shall include conducting the work at a time as agreed upon. C. Damage to existing property, including building landscape, building interior/exterior of displays, of any nature, caused by the Painting Contractor shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the Owner at the Painting Contractor’s expense. D. Drawdowns will be approved before application of any paint color. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Oct 3rd. Project duration is 120 calendar days with an estimated start date of 11/28/2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
