This bid is for two JOC Contracts - SAFCA JOC-003 & SAFCA JOC-004.The work performed under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for a Job Order Contract. - A Job Order Contract (JOC) is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different locations throughout the SAFCA service area. The bid documents include a Construction Task Catalog® containing construction tasks with preset Unit Prices. All Unit Prices are based on local labor, material and equipment prices and are for the direct cost of construction.. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
