The College of Southern Nevada (CSN), Facilities Management Department is requesting bids for a turn-key project includes interior work to include demolition of a non-load bearing wall to make a large open training lab to include upgrading electrical systems within the lab with a room for an air compressor to serve training equipment. Also, there will be openings cut in the interior non-load bearing walls to provide storage for new training equipment. Finally, a new opening will be created in the west exterior wall to allow for access for oversized training equipment. Question Cutoff Date: 4/23/2021 05:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
