Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) San Bernardino Unit (BDU) waste oil and other hazardous waste removal services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, and fees for the proper removal and disposal of waste items at the facilities listed below. Service is required for the removal of hazardous waste material stored in tanks and drums and for the service of a wash rack clarifier system.
