Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), San Jose Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide quarterly Automatic Gate Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractors State License Board (CSLB) • C-13 Fencing Contractor license or • C-28 Lock and Security Equipment Contractor license or • C-61 / D-28 Doors, Gates, Activating Devices Contractor license. Term is through 9/30/25 Questions due 10/12/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
