CSU-San Jose is inviting statements of qualification for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the following: 1. Convert three (3) campus buildings (Duncan Hall, MacQuarrie Hall, Sweeney Hall) in the Southwest quadrant of the University, with new 6-Pipe Water to Water Heat Pumps ("WWHP"), tied into the existing buildings hydronic systems, building & district chilled water, electrical, and controls systems. 2. Provide new mechanical and electrical equipment, and control, as required, for a fully redundant, reliable, and efficient 6-Pipe WWHP system in the three (3) listed buildings. 3. Modify existing HVAC air handler heating coils, hydronic systems and control valves. 4. General architectural and structural construction required to facilitate the installation of the new WWHP systems. Bonds required at bidding stage.
