The work in this contract includes site work, construction of a 12,800 sf manufactured steel building modified for use as offices and workshops, and construction of associated structures. The site work includes rough grading, installation and relocation of underground utilities, installation of crushed rock base, and a new septic system. The final paving will be accomplished by the County. The work also includes a new 13,000 sf solar array, a fuel island and fuel tank, a propane system, a standby generator, and a truck wash water recycling system and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Plans. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
